BIOGRAPHY: A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Mackenzie is a recognized expert with over eight years of dedicated experience in victim services, crisis intervention, and advocacy. Her efforts encompass working both as a professional in, and in collaboration with, military personnel, ICAC units, the FBI, foreign law enforcement, non-profit agencies, and partners in the medical, mental health, and legal sectors, as well as supporting survivors and civilians. Specializing in combatting Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking, and Child Sexual Exploitation, and engaging in Youth Focused Initiatives, Mackenzie enhances organizational impact and empowers advocacy teams through practical insights.
APPROACH: Dedicated to transformative leadership, Mackenzie is committed to holistic victim support and fostering the leadership potential in youth. Her advocacy approach involves a deep understanding of field nuances, identifying gaps to address the needs of survivors, and empowering young leaders through actionable guidance and inspiration.
